1. Orders & Payment: All orders placed through Poultry Palace are subject to product availability and confirmation. Customers are responsible for providing accurate name, mobile number, email address, and delivery details. Payment must be completed online at the time of placing the order. Cash on Delivery is not available. Once an order has entered preparation, packing, or dispatch, cancellation or modification may not be possible.
2. Products & Delivery: Poultry Palace supplies fresh/raw chicken, mutton, fish, and prawns. As these are perishable products, customers should receive and store them properly immediately after delivery. We make reasonable efforts to deliver orders within the estimated delivery time, but delivery may be affected by traffic, weather, high order volumes, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Customers should check their order upon delivery and contact us promptly regarding any incorrect, missing, damaged, or unsuitable product.
3. Cancellation, Refunds & Replacements: Due to the perishable nature of fresh meat, fish, and prawns, returns are generally not accepted once an order has been delivered and accepted. However, if a product is incorrect, missing, damaged, spoiled, or otherwise unsuitable, customers should contact Poultry Palace as soon as possible. Depending on the circumstances, we may provide a replacement, refund, partial refund, or another appropriate resolution. Approved refunds for online payments will generally be processed through the original payment method.
4. Privacy & Customer Information: Poultry Palace may collect customer information such as name, mobile number, email address, delivery address, order details, and payment-related information to process orders, arrange deliveries, provide customer support, process payments, and communicate with customers about their orders. Customer information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws of India.
